Ingredients
- 1/4 c Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dried tarragon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 bag baby carrots
- 1/2 # asparagus, trimmed

Preparation
Step 1
Spray 9x13 baking dish. Mix mustard, tarragon, salt and pepper.
Roll chicken in mixture. Place chicken in dish and arrange carrots around outside. Lightly spray with Pam. Bake 400* for 25 minutes. Add asparagus and bake 12 minutes longer.
