Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 2 T. melted butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1-1/3 C. water
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tsp almond flavoring
  • Smooth and Creamy Frosting:
  • 1 pkg small vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 C. cold milk
  • 1/4 C. powdered sugar
  • 1-12 oz container cool whip (thawed)

Preparation

Step 1

Cake:
Mix and cake ingredients. Bake @ 350 for 25-30 minutes.

Frosting:
Combine pudding mix, sugar and milk in small bowl. Beat slowly with rotary beater until well blended (about 1 minute) Fold in whipped topping. Spread on cake at once. Make sure to refrigerate.
