Ingredients

  • 3 minced scallions, (or 1/2 cup onion)
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 pint clams & juice
  • 2 lbs. scallops - sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 lbs. sliced mushrooms
  • garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper to taste

Step 1

Boil clam juice, add scallops, simmer slowly for 10 min. Drain scallops, reserve juice. Saute mushrooms & onion in butter. Add seasonings and stir in first flour, then clam juice and lastly cream. Simmer until thickened. Stir in scallops & clams. Sprinkle wioth crumbs & cheese. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min. or until brownede.
