Ingredients

  • 1 (13.8oz) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • cooking spray
  • 1 tbs evoo
  • 1/4 c chopped onion
  • 4 oz sausage, cooked
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 egg white, lightly beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Unroll dough onto a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Pat into a 15x10inch rectangle.
Saute onion and sausage, drain, add eggs.
Remove from heat, add cheese.
Sprinkle down center of dough. Make 2 inch cuts down sides of dough and arrange strips over egg mix to form a braid. Brush top with egg white. Bake at 425* for 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Cut into slices.
