Oreo/M&M Popcorn

• 1 bag unseasoned popcorn, popped
• 2 cups wh. choc. chips or mini marshmallows
• 2 cups mini M&M's
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil
• 10 Oreos, crushed
• 1 sheet parchment paper

Preparation

Step 1

Directions:

1. In a microwave safe bowl, combine 2 cups of white chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Melt mixture in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, for two minutes or until melted.

2. Once melted, mix white chocolate mixture with popcorn, M&M's and crushed Oreos.

3. Spread mixture onto parchment paper to dry for 15 minutes.
