Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1/2 t salt
• 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 c bisquick
• 1 c milk
• 2 eggs
• optional 1/2 jar salsa

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400. Spray pie plate 9" with cooking spray
Cook beef and onion in 10 inch skillet until beef is brown; drain. Spread in pie plate. If desired stir in Salsa. cover with cheese.

Stir together remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inerted in center comes out clean.
