- 1.2 cup butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt

Step 1
Heat 1/2 butter or oleo until bubbling. In blender put 2 egg yolks, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. salt. Turn motor quickly on and off twice at high speed. Turn motor on high and add butter gradually.
