Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp minced fresh ginger
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 (1-lb) flank steak

Preparation
Step 1
In a zip-loc bag, combine everything but flank steak. Mix well. Add steak, seal, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 8 hours.
Remove steak from marinade. Discard marinade. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side or til desired degree of doneness. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
