Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked cubed chicken or turkey
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 c slivered almonds
  • 3/4 mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 oz jar chopped pimento, drained
  • 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
  • 2 T chopped green pepper
  • 2 T chopped onion
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 c crushed potato chips

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350
In large bowl stir together all ingredients except potato chips.
Spread into greased 9 x 13 baking pan.
Sprinkle with potato chips.
Bake 40-50 min or until heated through.
