- 1 tbs. cornstarch 1/4 cup of skim milk
- 1/2 cup of low-fat small curd cottage cheese
- 2 tbs. Parmesan Cheese
- Pindh of white pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Blend in a small saucepan: 1 tbs. cornstarch and 1/4 cup of skim milk.
Bring to a boil over med. heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in: 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese processed in food processor until smooth and 2 tbs. of Parmesan cheese, pinch of white pepperr. Pour cheese over vegetables.
