Ingredients
- 1 flank steak, about 3 pounds
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet onion soup mix

Preparation
Step 1
Combine soups along with one soup can of water. Put a couple of spoonfuls in bottom of slow cooker.
Rub flank steak with fresh pepper and roll it up loosely so it fits into crock pot. Cover with rest of soup mixture. Cook 8-10 hours on low.
