Ingredients
- 1/4 cup popcorn kernels
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine the brown sugar, cinnamon and cocoa in a small bowl or cup and put aside.
2. Pour the oil and kernels into a large pot, cover, then put the burner up to medium heat.
3. After a few minutes, the first kernel should pop. Then constantly shake and move the pot over the heat as to avoid burning.
4. Once there are large gaps between the sound of popped kernels turn the heat off and remove the lid.
5. While the popcorn is still hot, pour the mixture from step 1 and mix with a spoon until all kernels are thoroughly coated.
