Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- Filling:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 (8oz.) pkgs. cram cheese
- 12 oz. semisweet chocolate
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
- Whipped cream

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together crust ingrediants and pat into spring form pan.
With electric beater, beat eggs and sugar until pale yellow. In separate bowl beat cheese until softened; add to egg mixture and mix well.
Melt chocolate & stir in sour cream, butter, and vanilla. Stir this mixture into the cheese mixture and fold in nuts.
Bake at 325* for 2 hrs., or until center is firm. Cool on wire rack. Remove sides from pan. Chill.
Serve with whipped cream.
