Ingredients
- 15 ounces black beans, rinse, drain, marsh
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon chipotle chile pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons diced tomato
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
Combine beans, sour cream, tomato paste, chipotle chili pepper and cumin.
Refrigerate 20 minutes
Garnish top of dip with onion, tomato and cilantro.
Serve with tortilla chips, and salsa or guacamole, if desired.
