Ingredients
- 2 tlbs oil
- 1 glove garlic minced
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 2 6oz can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 1/2 lb lasagne noodles
- CHEESE FILLING
- 1 1/2 lb ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup parmesan grated cheese
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cracker meal

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350
Cook Lasagne noodles as directed by package.
Cook onion & garlic in oil until soft.
Add beef and seasonings.
Cook until crumbly - drain.
Mix in paste and water, simmer 5 minutes.
Cheese mixture:
Mix cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt & cracker meal.
In shallow baking dish (9x13x2) put a thin layer of sauce, then half of the noodles, all of the ricotta cheese mixture, then half of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Repeat with half of the remaining sauce, the noodles, remainder of sauce and mozzarello on top.
Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes
Let stand before cutting (10 minutes)
