Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cup fine graham crackers
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- Filling:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 cup light cream
- 4 stiffly beaten egg whites
- Topping:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 5 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together crust ingrediants and press into spring form pan.
Blend sugar, flour, salt, & cream cheese (softened). Add vanilla. Stir in egg yolks & mix well. Add cream & blend thoroughly. Fold in egg whites. Pour in pan. Bake at 325* for 1 1/4 hours or until knife comes out clean. Open oven and cool inside.
Mix together topping ingrediants and bake at 350* for 15 minutes. Do not let cake cool in a draft.
