Cheeseburger Puffs

Ingredients
- 1 tsp cooking oil
- 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 C all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 C water
- 1/4 C butter, cut up
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 C grated medium cheddar cheese
- 2 T finely chopped green onion
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in medium pan on medium. Add ground beef; scramble-fry for about 10 minutes until no longer pink. Drain. Set aside.
Combine next 4 ingredients in small cup.
Heat and stir wter and butter in heavy medium saucepan on high until boiling and butter is melted. Reduce heat to medium. Add flour mixture all at once. Stir vigorously for about 1 minute until mixture pulls away from side of saucepan to form saft dough. Remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Add eggs 1 at a time to dough, beating after each addition until well combined. Dough will be thick and glossy.
Add beef and remeining 3 ingredients. Mix well. Drop, using about 1 T for each, about 2" apart onto greased baking sheets.
Bake in 425 oven for 15 - 17 minutes until golden.
Let stand on baking sheets for 5 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool.
