BEST EGG SALAD SANDWICH EVER
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons chives
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
In a small bowl, mash together cream cheese, mayo, chives, salt and pepper.
In a large bowl, use pastry cutter to mash up eggs.
Add shredded cheese and cream cheese mixture to eggs. Mix together until everything is mixed real well.
Serve. On croissants with spinach.
