Ingredients
- Taco Sauce:
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. cumin seed ground
- 1 head lettuce
- 2 large tomatoes
- 2 pkgs. taco shells
- 1 large can whole tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 small clove garlic
- Hot Sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Fry crumble beef in large pan with onion and garlic. Fry potatoes in small pan. when beef is almost done, add potatoes to beef.
When beef is done, drain. Add cumin seed.
Place taco shells over open fire on stove just long enough to soften so the shell bend. Place one tbsp beef in shell. Fold in half. Use two flat toothpicks to hold. Place in fry pan about an inch of oil. fry until lightly brown. Open. Add diced tomatoes, shredded cheese and lettuce. Add sauce over top. Makes about 48
Taco Sauce:
Mash tomatoes, add onion and garlic & hot sauce. Chill.
