Ingredients
- 1 cup of guacamole
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp jalapeno hot sauce
- 1 pound smoked salmon slices

Step 1
Fold 1 cup of the guacamole and 8 oz of cream cheese and 1 tsp of jalapeno hot sauce. Season and salt and pepper overlap 1 pound smoked slices in a pan and trim each pair to a 4x6 "rectangle Pipe the guacamole cream cheese mixture along one of the short sides. Roll into cylinders transfer to a tray and freeze for 15 minutes. Cut into 4 pieces. Serve on mini toast.
