Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped fine
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1 bay leaf
- Pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups cooked kidney beans
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas
- 1 1/2 cups cooked northern beans

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil over moderate heat in large pot. Add onions, celery, and garlic; saute 3 to 4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Bring soup to boil. Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
