Ingredients
- 6 Potatoes cooked until tender
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients except cheese in a large mixing bowl. With an electric mixer blend all ingredients until smooth.
Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 12x8 casserole dish. Cover and bake in 325 oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle on cheese and continue to bake uncovered 5 to 10 minutes longer.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
