Ingredients

  • 3/4 # fresh green beans
  • 1 small onion thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar or cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Place beans in pan and cover with water. Cook uncovered 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and place in a greased 11x7x2 baking dish. Top with onions and garlic. Drizzle with vinegar and oil. Toss to coat.
Bake uncovered at 450 for 10 minutes. Stir and bake 5 minutes longer.
