Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 2 1/2 C water (105 - 115 degrees)
  • 1 t sugar
  • 1 pkg. white cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 C all purpose flour
  • 5 C flour
  • 4 T margarine
  • 1 C sugar
  • 4 t cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Stir yeast, water and 1 tsp. sugar together and let sit 5 minutes. Add cake mix, egg, salt and 1 cup all purpose flour and beat. Add 5 cups of flour then beat.

Let rise 1 hour; stir down; rise 40-50 minutes; stir down; divide in half and roll into rectangle.

Mix margarine, 1 cup sugar and cinnamon and spread on top; roll up and cut; rise 45 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Drizzle with powdered sugar icing.
