Ingredients
- 2 C raspberries
- 1 clove garlic, chopped or pressed
- 1 orange, juice, rind grated
- 1 lime, juiced, rind grated
- 1/4 C sweet onion, chopped
- 1/4 C mint, stemmed and shredded
- 1/4 tsp kosher or sea salt
- 1/4 C rice vinegar or white balsamic

Preparation
Step 1
In food processor, combine raspberries, vinegar, orange juice and rind, lime juice and rind, onion, mint and salt. Puree to thick paste. Season to taste with vinegar, starting with 1 Tbl.
Refrigerate leftovers up to 3 days.
