  • 1 pkg. Oreda Hash Browns
  • 3/4 lb. bacon
  • 8 oz, cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1/4 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

Put thawed hash browns in a greased 9x13 cake pan. Add bacon that has been diced and fried. Add shredded cheddar cheese, salt and pepper. Saute onions, green pepper, and mushrooms in butter and add to above. Beat 8 eggs with the milk and pour over mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered for 1/2 hour at 325 and for 1/2 hour at 350
