Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese - soft
- 2 T milk
- 1 bag chipped beef
- 1/2 C green pepper
- 2 t onion
- 1/4 t garlic salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/2 C sour cream
- Nuts for topping

Step 1
Mix and put into pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with nuts.
