Chicken Noodle Stew

A cross between chicken noodles soup & chicken and dumplin's. YUM!

Ingredients
- 6 cups chicken stock or broth
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 4 sticks celery (cut up bite size)
- 2 carrots (cut up bite size)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 tblsp turmeric
- 1 tblsp thyme
- salt & pepper
- 1 pkg frozen Reames Homestyle Egg Noodles
- 2 tblsp flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 tblsp parsley

Cooking time 60mins
Preparation
Step 1
Bring broth to a boil.
Add celery, carrots, onion, turmeric, thyme, salt & pepper.
Cook approximately 30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Add chicken & noodles; cook approximately 25-30 minutes until noodles are tender.
Whisk flour & water together & stir into boiling pot (to thicken)
Add cream & parsley.
Serve hot.
