Ingredients
- 16 oz. round loaf
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/4 t seasoned salt
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 C cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 C smoked ham
- 1/2 C green onion
- 8 oz. chopped water chestnuts
- 2 oz. pimento
- 1/2 t dill

Step 1
Slice 1" off top of bread and reserve. Hollow out and bake cubed bread, drizzled with olive oil for 15 mins. at 350 degrees.
In large bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in cheese, ham, onion, water chestnuts, pimento and dill weed.
Sppon into bread shell; place top on bread. Cover tightly with foil. Set on cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serve with vegetables, crackers and toasted bread cubes.
