Ingredients
- *SUPER FLOUR:
- 1 T wheat germ
- 1 T wheat bran
- 1 t soy flour
- 1 t nonfat dry milk
- Whole wheat flour to = 1 c
- 2 c Super Flour
- 1 T canola oil
- 1 c organic apple juice (room temp)
- 1 T active dry yeast
- Salt - optional

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine 1 C of flour, canola oil, apple juice and yeast. Beat with electric mixer for 3 minutes. Add remaining flour.
2. Knead for 10 - 15 minutes. Roll 6 pieces into long snakes and shape into pretzels.
3. Coat baking sheet with spray. Rise for 30 minutes
4. Bake at 450 degress for 15 minutes.
