Ingredients
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/3 C cider vinegar
- 2/3 C olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbl sugar (or white corn syrup)
- 2 Tbl Oregon Blue cheese, crumbled

Step 1
Whisk together mustard, vinegar, sugar and garlic. Add olive oil slowly while beating with a whisk. Add blue cheese, stirring to break up chunks to desired size.
