BEEF ROLLS

Ingredients

  • 125 g cold cooked beef, thinly sliced
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1 Tbs finely chopped red capsicum
  • Few stuffed olives and cocktail onions

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the cream cheese with the Tabasco and red capsicum. Roll up
and fasten with tooth picks. Serve garnished with stuffed olives
and cocktail onions.
