Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 large can mandarin oranges, undrained
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup canola oil

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together first four ingredients with an electric mixer. Pour into a greased 9x13 in pan. Bake at 350* for 35 to 40 min.
Let cool and frost.
FROSTING:
1 large can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 large box (6 oz) instant vanilla pudding
1 container (16 oz) thawed whipped topping
Mix together the ingredients by hand. Spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate cake until ready to serve.
