Ingredients
- Add ins:
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green or red pepper
- 1 14 oz. can stewed tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2/3 cup rice
- 1 tsp. dry basil or thyme
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper(2shakes)
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cups cook chicken or shrimp and spicy sausage.

Preparation
Step 1
Saute celery, onion and pepper in 2 tbsp. butter. Add rest of ingredients and boil in covered pan for 20 minutes.
You can add 2 cups cooked chicken or you can add shrimp and spicy sausage.
Remove bay leaf before serving.
