Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/4 lb. melted butter
- 1 tbs. lemon juice

Step 1
Beat yolks until thick and yellow colored at high speed. Add salt, pepper. Then add 3 tbs. of melted butter or a little at a time; beating constantly with beater. Then slowly beat in rest of butter alternately with lemon juice.
