Ingredients
- Makes 6 loaves
- 5 c warm water
- 1/3 c sugar
- 3 T oil
- 2.5 tsp salt
- 2 T Firmipan yeast
- (10.5 c flour or more)

Preparation
Step 1
1.Put all in a bowl.
2.Measure out 10.5 cups of flour. Knead in well. Knead in more flour if dough is sticky.
3.Oil bowl and top of dough.
4.Let rise 15 minutes. Then punch down.
5.During the next 1 hour, punch down 4 times.
6.Make into loaves, buns, etc.
7.Let rise 1 hour.
8.Bake at 350 for 45minutes.
