Ingredients

6 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. anise flavoring
3 1/2 cups flour
4 tsp.baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs till frothy.
Add sugar gradually and beat til light and fluffy.
Add cooled margarine and anise flavoring.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Mix well.

The dough will be sticky.
Drop by teaspoons on to hot iron.
