Ingredients

  • 1 cup Hungry Jack complete or Buttermilk complete Pancake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat 8in skillet or crepe pan, grease lightly with oil. In small bowl combine all ingredients. Beat with rotary beater until smooth.
2. Pour a scant 1/4 cup batter into hot skillet, immediately tilting pan until batter covers bottom.
3. Cook until edges start to dry and center is set. If desired, turn to brown other side.
4. To serve fill with desired filling.

Makes 9-12 crepes
