Ingredients

5-6 oz of goat cheese
6 eggs
Roma tomatoes (non mushy)
1 pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Beat eggs, mix in cheese. Pour egg/cheese mix into pie crust.

3. Slice tomatoes and place on top of batter

4. Bake for 30 minutes +/- or until done.
