Ingredients
- 2 pounds flank steak
- 1/2 cup brewed espresso
- 2 tablespoons Dutch cocoa
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 6 garlic cloves, smashed
- 2 tablespoons freshly ground pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Whisk all marinade ingredients and coat flank steak. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate a minimum of 1 hour.
2. Remove from marinade and grill for 4 -5 minutes per side for medium rare.
3. Allow to rest for 8 - 10 minutes before thinly slicing against the grain.
