Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen hash browns
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- TOPPING
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 cups corn flakes, crushed

Step 1
Combine ingredients in mixing bowl. Spoon into a greased 9 × 13-inch pan. Combine topping ingredients. Spread over mixture. Cover. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour.
