Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 tsp rubbed sage
- 1 tsp thyme leaves
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 10 cups coarsely crumbled cornbread
- 1/2 lb. bulk sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 14.5 oz. can chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in large skillet, add onion and celery, cook 5 mins. Stir in spices.
Mix cornbread vegetable mixture and sausage in large bowl. Add broth, toss till well mixed. Spoon into 13 x 9" baking dish.
Bake 350, uncovered 30-35 mins till lightly browned.
