Ingredients

    cup butter

  • 1

    cup chopped onion

  • 1

    cup chopped celery

  • 2

    tsp rubbed sage

  • 1

    tsp thyme leaves

  • 1

    tsp garlic powder

  • 10

    cups coarsely crumbled cornbread

  • 1/2

    lb. bulk sausage, cooked and crumbled

  • 1

    14.5 oz. can chicken broth

Directions

Melt butter in large skillet, add onion and celery, cook 5 mins. Stir in spices. Mix cornbread vegetable mixture and sausage in large bowl. Add broth, toss till well mixed. Spoon into 13 x 9" baking dish. Bake 350, uncovered 30-35 mins till lightly browned.
