  • Pie crust
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 margaine
  • Filling:
  • 6 medium size baking apples
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together water, sugar (reserve 2 Tbsp.),& brown sugar in 13X9 pan. Add margarine. Place in oven at 450* to dissolve sugar & melt butter.

Roll pastry dough into rectangle 20X16. Spread with apples mixed with 2 Tbsp. sugar & 1 Tbsp. flour & cinnamon. Roll jelly roll style & cut into 12 pieces about 1 1/2 " wide. Place over dissolved sugar and butter mixture.

Bake at 375* for 45 minutes.
