Ingredients
- 2 c whole wheat flour
- 1 T baking powder
- 1 c peanut butter (smooth only)
- 1 c milk
- 1/2 c oatmeal

Preparation
Step 1
In mixing bowl, add the flour, baking powder and oatmeal. Add peanut butter and milk. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead dough until you can form it into a ball or log. Add more flour if necessary to keep it from being too sticky.
Roll out and cut into shapes. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
(The cookies do not spread so they can be placed close together)
