Ingredients
- 10 oz (mini/mezze)Penne Pasta
- 1/2 pint -Grape or Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 small Red Onion, thinly sliced & quartered
- 1/2 Green Pepper, chopped
- 2 oz. Feta Cheese
- 1/2 cup Black Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Dried Oregano, sprinkle to taste
- S & P to taste
- Greek Dressing (I use Ken's Steakhouse )or Italian Vinagrette
- Parmesan Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta as directed until al dente. Drain and cool.
Add the rest of the ingredients and toss. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
