Ingredients
- 2 T EVOO
- 1 lb large shrimp peeled & deveined
- 1 T chopped garlic
- 1 T white wine
- 2 tsp B&B
- 1 C Chicken stock
- 1 C heavy cream
- 1 T tarragon
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 C Blanched asparagus
- 1 C seeded, peeled & diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 lb cooked bow tie macaroni

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in skilled. Add shrimp until they turn pink.
Add garlic, wine, B&B & chicken stk.
Cook until reduced by 1/2 - add cream, tarragon, salt, pepper & simmer until sauce is tickened.
Stirr in asparagus, tomatoes, butter.
Cook until veggies are heated through. Add to cooked macaroni.
