Ingredients
- 1 1/2 egg white
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Ingredient A
- 1/4 lb (115g) tofu
- 56 g ea. fish fillet, crab meat
- 28 g ea green peas, shelled shrimp, fresh scallops, straw mushrooms, boiled bamboo shoots
- 14 g boiled carrots
- Ingredient B
- 4 C stock
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Ingredient C
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp cornstarch

Preparation
Step 1
Cut A into small cubes, parboil everything except tofu, green peas, and carrot in 3 C boiling water and drain.
Bring B to a boil, then add A and bring it to a boil again. Thicken with C, add beaten egg white and sprinkle with sesame oil. Serve.
