TORTILLAS IN NO TIME!

Four ingredients and half an hour is all it takes to make authentic tortillas from Taste of Home.
These tortillas are so tender, chewy and easy to make, you will be astonished. Usually double the recipe as they are eaten so fast.
Well-wrapped tortillas keep in the freezer for up to a month.
Thaw overnight in the fridge and reheat before using.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Stir in water and oil. Turn onto a floured surface; knead 5-6 times.
Divide dough into 8 portions. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a 7-inch circle.
In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook tortillas over medium heat for 1 minute on each side or until lightly browned.
Keep warm.
