Ingredients
- 1/2 lb mozzarella
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 small onion - fine dice
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 C bread crumbs
- 1/2 C milk
- 1/2 C parley
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 C Parmesan cheese
- 2 Jars Pasta Sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Cut Mozzarella into 3/4" dice and put in fridge
Mix all other ingredients together
roll into golf ball sized meatballs
put a piece of cheese into the center of each meatball and seal closed
pour sauce in bottom of slow cooker
arrange meatballs
cover completely with more sauce
cook on high for 2.5-3 hrs
